Question: I am interested in one of your products, but would like to see the actual item before I buy. How do I do this?
Answer: We can arrange to meet or we can arrange an appointment at our offices in Guildford where we have plenty of example work that can be shown.
Question: Can I order Art work to be framed differently to that on display?
Answer: Yes you can. We can also source a specific frame if required. Alternatively you can use your own frame or framer by simply buying the prints. Please call us for more details.
Question: Where are your products made?
Answer: All our products are made/sourced from around the world, works of art are mainly created in the UK, the sculptures are fresh from the United States and furnishings from Europe.
Question: Do you have a showroom? Where can I see your products?
Answer: No, not yet. Our showroom is in the plans and we are currently looking for suitable premises for our showroom. Click on 'Our Policies' for more details and a map.
Question: Do you have a catalogue?
Answer: We do not print catalogues as such, however an interactive CD is available upon request, which is as close as we get to a catalogue showing examples and our approach.

Question: What guarantees do you offer?
Answer: All our Italian designs are of the highest quality and our aim is to ensure total customer satisfaction . All Italian products have a one-year return to base guarantee for any manufacturing defects. In some cases some manufacturers might offer longer guarantee periods. With the Art work your satisfaction is guaranteed upon delivery. Return policies exist, please see our terms and conditions of purchase.
Question: I am concerned about ordering anything without seeing it. Will I be able to return it if I am not happy with it?
Answer: Yes of course. We would not normally accept returns for products made to your specification (frame type, colour,...). we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, this is why we offer a one week return policy on most items. Question: What is your standard delivery service?
Answer: Our standard delivery service covers mainland UK and parts of Europe. We use third parties to find the best safe and cost effective way to get your purchases to your required delivery location un-damaged.
Question: Do your products require assembly? Do you offer this service?
Answer: Most are delivered assembled, for items requiring assembly or hanging we may be able to find a local service provider for you or advise on the best route to get the job done. Our art is ready for hanging.
Question: What are your delivery lead times?
Answer: Our standard delivery lead times are 1 to 6 weeks dependent on the items. You may call us to discuss lead times or we will provide you with a more accurate estimate after you place your order for any items with lead times greater than a week. If you are in a rush, do not hesitate to contact us, we might be able to speed things up.
Question: Can you ship to other locations in Europe or the rest of the world?
Answer: Yes we can and do.
Question: When will the goods arrive?
Answer: Most orders are delivered within 10 working days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date after we receive/confirm your order.
Question: I am a professional buyer, do you offer trade discounts or commissions?
Answer: We can offer trade discounts. We would normally expect you to be VAT registered in order to qualify.
