Framing options As most of the works of art we supply are commissioned by you i.e. they are tailored for you. You have the choice of leaving it up to us to frame the art work how we feel it should be presented or you may choose from a variety of options ranging in style and colours. Symplest is not a framing company, however quite often our artists like to get involved in finishing their works by hand using the Standard or 'Touch'n Feel' frame types. In all other cases we work with a local, highly trained, frame making company to satisfy our clients needs and to match our high standards.
On the standard frame finish, the natural artists canvas is wrapped around a wood frame by hand. The depth of the frame is typically 45mm, as we and our clients believe this looks best. When ordering any art, choose 'Standard wrapped canvas' if you would like your choice to look like this. It provides a clean tidy look ensuring no attention is removed from the art its-self.
A few pieces of our art are available with a Glass fronted clip frame as an option. The A4 size is pictured here but your choice in size is driven by the art you choose.
Individually crafted by hand, the material is wrapped around the soft and squidgy frame and base. This provides a very durable alternative to standard framing techniques. Designed to be prodded and touched and can even be wiped clean from time to time. This is a Symplest design, you won't find this ANYWHERE else! This frame type is an option and should be chosen when ordering the item from the gallery.
We work with local framers to accommodate our clients needs if they go beyond our standard or 'Touch'n Feel' frame. Call us to discuss your requirements or preferences. We can present our Art work in many different finished forms, even matching existing frames is a common option. Price varies depending on size and type of frame chosen. Prices start from £20.00
Hanging options Hanging options vary depending on where you may want the Art work hung. For example hanging art at home may mean choosing from a type of hook or wire, where as if your buying for a public place you may want a secure method of hanging the Art work as to prevent un-wanted removal.
This is the most secure way to hang a picture. Typically used in public areas or where you need tamperprrof Art work. A Bracket is screwed onto the back of the Art work frame. Each bracket has a slot on it, which locks on to a T-headed screw in the wall using the security fixing key. 1.1 We really do hope you like what you ordered. However you may return any Products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including e-mail) within those 7 working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us.
