Symplest was formed in November 2004 to specialise in supplying Art with meaning, Sculptures and soft Furnishings all created by up and coming artists from around the world. The business is growing rapidly, in March 2005 we decided to include music downloads to satisfy the growing demand and complement our 'Clubbing' Art.
We cater for the world wide market and import / export quality new and used Art throughout the world.
Our reputation for the supply of quality works or Art (in all forms) has meant a recent launch of our website to allow on-line shopping and secure credit card payment. This provides a speedier service for our customers.
Art work: A growing collection of digital images and individual paintings carefully selected to complement our collection, created by quality artists with unique backgrounds. Our ideas are very simple, the reaction we’ve had so far is outstanding. Most of the digital images have been tweaked to bring out an edge, you'll be amazed how simple our work looks to the eye. In many cases the Art work is commisioned by you, so when you have made your choice, we will offer advice on issues such as optimum size and/or finish.

We are able to finish the art works in interesting new ways. Often, many size options are available including custom requests. We work with you to deliver exactly what you want for your total satisfaction. One of our approaches is using a durable material as the canvas, thereby giving a special soft look and makes it easy-to-clean, something you can touch and prod. Highly suitable if you have children at home or if displaying in public places. The list of possible applications is endless.

This Art is YOUR art. We take a favourite photo from you, we work with it, focus on characteristics, share the ideas with you and then you give the 'thumbs up' on a particular style, then we finish the Art on natural canvas (or media of your choice) and laminate it for durability.

If we require any additional information, you will be contacted upon receipt of your order by telephone to confirm the details and we will then provide you with an estimated delivery date.

PAYMENT METHODS
We can accept any of the following methods of payment:
- Most CREDIT/DEBIT Cards: VISA, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.
- Personal or bank cheques
- Bank transfers

most of our products are made to order, we require payment of 50% of the order value to process your order if its commissioned work
IMPORTANT: After we have confirmed the order details with you, we will need cleared funds to start processing your order.
Approximately one week prior to delivery of the goods, you will be required to settle the remainder of the order amount. You will be contacted when final payment becomes due. Please ensure payment clears prior to delivery as to avoid any delays.

| Commission Process
- First we discuss with you the concept of the Art work or scultpure(s) and obtain measurements of space. Obtain digital photographs or rendering of space for the items(s).
- Understand your image/brand or customer successes
- Determine budget and time frame for the Art work or sculpture(s). Packing and shipping expense is typically in addition to budget for sculpture(s).
- Symplest will then present the conceptual design and preliminary budget to you, our client, for approval/comments.
- We would then undertake discussions with you, make any modifications if necessary and update the budget.
- Symplest will then present you with a commission agreement and receive 50% deposit.
- The Art work or sculpture(s) will then be created. Once completed we will present to you some digital pictures of the item(s).
- Symplest will then receive the balance due.
- Next we co-ordinate packing and shipping arrangements.
- The Art work or sculpture(s) are delivered to the shipper for the clients destination.
- Co-ordination by Symplest for any installation issues happens via phone or e-mail with you.

| Delivery Costs
There is no standard delivery charge, due to the nature of the products that we sell. They come in all shapes, sizes and weights. We work with shipment companies to get the least cost route for you. Delivery to remote locations within the UK may incur additional charges. Special delivery requirements such as weekend or evening delivery or difficult access will incur additional charges. Delivery in EU and non-EU countries can also be arranged.

Goods will only be shipped after your balance has been cleared. In most cases you will be contacted by our delivery company to arrange a delivery date and time. Please make sure you are available to receive the goods as a charge may be required for re-deliveries. Please also note that you are responsible for ensuring the goods can actually be delivered where you requested. If access is not possible re-delivery charges may apply, as well as any other charges for any special services.
